We Are Maryville Concrete Pros
A local, family-owned concrete company in Maryville, Tennessee, pouring for homeowners and property owners across Blount, Knox and Loudon counties.
Licensed, Insured, and Local — Like It Should Be
Maryville Concrete Pros LLC is a local, family-owned concrete company based in Maryville, Tennessee. We pour driveways, slabs and foundations, sidewalks and walkways, stamped and decorative concrete, patios and extensions across Blount County and the counties around it — and concrete is all we do.
We are licensed and insured, with more than five years of experience on the crew. Every job gets the same thing underneath it: proper grading, a compacted gravel base, rebar and 4000 PSI concrete, built to hold up in Tennessee weather. That is not an upsell, it is what makes a slab last.
What our customers keep saying in their reviews is that we show up when we say we will, we keep the job site clean, and the price we quote is the price. Honest pricing, quality work, and we do it right the first time.

What Makes the Difference
We are not a general contractor who also pours. Driveways, slabs, walkways, stamped and patios — that is the whole list, and that is why the finish work looks the way it does.
Proper grading, a compacted gravel base and rebar through the slab. It is the part nobody sees and the only part that decides whether the concrete is still flat in ten years.
It is the line that shows up most in our reviews, and it is the lowest bar in this trade that somehow half the industry cannot clear.
The quote is the price, the site gets cleaned before we pull out, and we walk the finished work with you.
Our Process
01
Free on-site consultation
We come out, walk the job with you and give you a real number. Nobody can price concrete honestly off a phone call.
02
Layout and grading
The area gets excavated, graded so water runs away from the house, and compacted with gravel. This is the part nobody sees and the part that decides how long it lasts.
03
Forms and steel
Forms set to line and grade, then rebar tied and supported through the slab — not wire mesh laid on the dirt.
04
The pour
4000 PSI concrete placed and screeded with enough crew to keep up, and a pump truck when the mixer cannot reach. Big pours do not wait.
05
Finish and control joints
Broom finish or power trowel depending on the slab, clean edges, and control joints saw-cut on a plan so the concrete cracks where we put the joint.
Hear It From the Man Who Paid for the Concrete
“He’s on time. I would use him again.”
Turn the sound on. We asked him on camera whether he would recommend us to his family and friends — this is his answer, standing on the job we just finished for him.
